If you are aged between 16 to 17 years of age and are unsure of what you want to do or didn't get many qualifications at school then this option provides an opportunity to try out different routes and find the career that suits you best. You will have an opportunity to work in real work placements, work towards recognised qualifications and - best of all - receive a training allowance and help towards travel expenses.
