If you are already employed within a managerial or supervisory role this programme provides opportunities to develop new skills and enhance your qualification portfolio at NVQ Level 4.

The flexible programme is delivered to meet your individual needs. You will be assessed in the work place, have an opportunity of attending structured underpinning knowledge sessions and receive guidance in the compilation of your NVQ portfolio

Length of Programme:

Up to 78 weeks

Entry Requirements:

• Suitable candidates would normally be expected to hold a technician and/or management position.
• Ability to train to a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 4
