Work Based Learning

Modern Apprenticeship
In Engineering

A Modern Apprenticeship is a work based training opportunity for people to gain nationally recognised qualifications such as NVQ’s, Key Skills and other technical qualifications whilst receiving a wage from an employer.

It can last between 2 and 4 years and provides an integrated programme of learning leading to the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competence.
