Mollart Resolven is a lean manufacturing CNC Sub-contract division with the additional fabrications unit along side. They machine high precision components for semi-conductor, oil, gas and telecommunication industries.
Mollart have supported Pathways learners with a well rounded apprenticeship by offering help and support from experienced engineers and giving apprentices the opportunity to learn new skills. The apprentices gain on the job experience in all aspects of engineering whilst gaining an accredited qualification.
Mollart have 14 apprentices that attend NPTC Group of Colleges one day a week to develop their knowledge, they develop their skills in the workplace with support from Liam Jeffreys the apprentice mentor which are then assessed in the workplace by a NPTC Pathways Training assessor.
